Grab your friends, family, and neighbors and join us for this free, community-wide celebration event to kick off Blue Zones Project®. Discover how you can get involved in transforming Fort Worth into a place where healthy choices are the easiest to make. You’ll learn how following Blue Zones® principles can lead to a longer, better life.

PLEDGE TO BETTER WELL-BEING
While you’re here, learn more about how Blue Zones Project will partner with Fort Worth businesses, schools, restaurants, grocery stores and community leaders to transform well-being in our community. Sign up for a Walking or Potluck Moai, a Purpose Workshop, or volunteer opportunities. And commit to your own well-being by taking the Blue Zones Personal Pledge.

COMPLIMENTARY CHILDCARE
Free childcare will be available through the YMCA for children ages 2 months to 10 years from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. during Dan Buettner's presentation. Space is limited to the first 100 children; register when you arrive.

PARKING
Free parking and continuous shuttle service is available in Lot 6 (1036 Clifton) and Garage E (1049 Clifton) at UNT Health Science Center. The shuttle will take you directly to the Round-Up Inn entrance on Gendy Street. Shuttles are wheelchair accessible. Paid parking is available in the Will Rogers parking garages and surface lots.
