Live Longer, Better Rewards Program

Starting your well-being journey doesn’t have to be hard. Say hello to the Live Longer, Better® Rewards Program – a comprehensive program that uses the Sharecare app to incorporate Blue Zones Power 9® principles to support your well-being journey wherever you go. The program helps you tap into the secrets of longevity and discover how the Blue Zones Project® applies evidence-inspired ways to live longer and better.

Along your well-being journey, complete the Power 9 tracks released throughout the year, and you’ll be entered into a sweepstakes for some really cool Blue Zones Project merchandise.

Your well-being journey begins here.


  1. Create your Sharecare account with a user ID and password, and download the Sharecare app.
  2. Complete the RealAge® Test to find out your body’s age compared to your calendar age.
  3. Join community members in challenge tracks and participate in Blue Zones Project community activities* such as Cooking Demos, Moais®, Purpose Workshops, volunteering, and more.
  4. Complete the activities from the designated Power 9 track and be entered to win Blue Zones Project rewards!
  5. Enhance your well-being journey by setting goals and tracking your progress.

*Once you complete and record attendance for one community event, your attendance will carry over for the rest of the calendar year. You must still complete the rest of the activities within each given track to be entered into the sweepstakes.


You do not need to purchase anything to be entered into the Sweepstakes drawing. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (D.C.) who reside in one of the participating Communities and completes quarterly activities. Move Naturally

(July 1 - September 30)

Inspired by the Blue Zones Power 9 principle, Move Naturally is about being active without even having to think about it. People from the world’s original blue zones don’t pump iron, run marathons, or join gyms. They live in environments where moving naturally is part of their daily routine.

Right Outlook

(October 1 - December 31)

One of the Power 9 principles, garnered from the original blue zones area. Meditation is one way to help give your outlook an easy lift. Create time and space to downshift and focus on what matters.
