Are you looking to cut your food costs while eating healthy? Join us live and in person at the Marco Island Library with Blue Zones Project Southwest Florida cooking teacher, Juliana. She will demonstrate how to prepare delicious recipes that are affordable and easy to make all in a fun and entertaining atmosphere! She balances the delicate flavors of sautéed garlic and spices in golden extra virgin olive with fresh herbs, vegetables, and grains that are sure to bring a taste of the Mediterranean right here to Southwest Florida.
