Articulate value proposition of Blue Zones Project activities to improve community well-being
Facilitate identification of community and organization-specific goals to deliver value to participating organizations and partners
Develop, track progress of, and achieve Blueprint engagement and marketing goals within established project timeline
Capture progress measures, outcomes and stories that illustrate results and impact of engagement work
Identify organizations and key leaders to drive community engagement and participation in Blue Zones Project activities as ambassadors, advocates, volunteers, and committee members
Collaborates cross-functionally advance project and team goals
Partners with media to increase community's awareness of and engagement in Blue Zones Project
Partners with Central Team Subject Matter Experts, and peers, to advance community work
Effectively manages volunteer recruitment, retention, and appreciation process.

Identify organizations and key decision-makers to drive sector work as ambassadors, advocates, volunteers, and committee members
Articulate overall Blue Zones Project philosophy, approach, and value proposition
Articulate value of policy to improve community well-being
Facilitate identification of community-specific goals to deliver value to participating organizations and partners
Develop, track progress of, and achieve Blueprint policy goals within established project timeline
Capture progress measures, outcomes and stories that illustrate results and impact of policy work
Partners with city officials and elected leaders to implement best practices from policy menus according to program standards
Organizes and effectively facilitates policy summits to drive selection of viable policy change
Serves as an effective representative of the Blue Zones Project brand and adheres to branding guidelines and standards in all forms
Utilizes Blue Zones Project systems, tools, and resources to advance policy work
Identify and recruit key leaders to drive policy work as ambassadors, advocates, volunteers, and committee members
Collaborates cross-functionality to advance project and team goals
Organize community to promote awareness, advance policy priorities, and create ground cover for community leaders
Optimizes internal and external relationships and partners with Central Team Subject Matter Expert, Policy experts, and peers, to advance policy work

Articulates value of Blue Zones Project to improve individual and community well-being
Leads identification of project goals to deliver value to sponsors, participating organizations and partners
Develop, manage progress of, and achieve Blueprint goals within established project timeline
Oversee progress measures, outcomes and stories that illustrate results and impact of the project
Analyze financial data to ensure that decisions are fiscally sound and responsible
Works to improve and reinforce the progress of others by setting performance expectations and clearly communicating feedback that builds confidence
Take responsibility for team's performance by setting clear goals, ensuring project is delivered in alignment with program standards, communicating expectations, providing timely feedback, and addressing performance issues promptly
Fosters and maintains a team culture which supports team member's well-being and reflects Blue Zones Project principles
Serves as an effective representative of the Blue Zones Project brand and adheres to branding guidelines and standards in all forms
Identify organizations and key leaders to drive community work and serve on the Steering Committee
Create an environment that encourages cross-functional collaboration to advance project and team goals
Partners with Central Team Subject Matter Experts, and peers, to advance community work
Develops and maintain relationships with sponsor, partners, and other community leaders to advance project goals
