Walking Moai teams are groups of 5-8 people who walk together at least once a week for 10 weeks. It’s an active timeout with friends, coworkers, neighbors and others who share similar interests. It’s about moving naturally. Together. Exploring new things where you live and work. Connecting. Talking. Sharing. Laughing. A lot. Raising your sense of well-being to new heights. And making walking and bonding with others a satisfying way of life.
It all starts with a launch event. Blue Zones Project will partner with you to host a Walking Moai launch event where participants will learn about Blue Zones Project, be matched with a group of people with similar interests, and make plans for their first meeting!
Each week, teams will burn more calories, grow closer together, and sneak in more steps as they move toward a healthier, active lifestyle.
